No Fix, no Fix, no Fix .... Incomedia does not support their customers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now it's enough..... post, post, post by customers and no fix ,no fix by YOU
Since long time (months/ years ) I constat that Incomedia is less present on this forum / Help Center.
Now the support is done between user's experience and sometimes Stefano or Elisa post some messages. Not any more people... Maybe Incomedia has no more people to help us ....!!!!!!!
Stefano is always ready to help us, but he has no solutions !!!
Elisa has never real solutions... Just a copy / past of previous message and often a copy / past from a moderator which has more experience... So his support is not really usefull...
"We have forwarded the request to the dev team and blablabl .... but nothing ..." NEVER...

Does it normal to have no more support from Incomedia... If there is an issue with your staff, WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS... and your internal organization is not our problem !!!!!! You need to provide the support to us. WE HAVE PAID FOR THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So please incomedia... Try to enforce you support, your job....
MANY MANY customers have complaints, and the alone thing is to give a new version to add new object, new colors, new templates (15 last update) and so on...
It's long to develop / publish 15 templates...
Why not spent this time to fix our issues asked since many years ???????????????????
probably you have no ressources to do that and to fix our issues because your dev team has left company (and it's not a bad choice I think) ....
and WHY NOT FIX OUR ISSUES.... OUR PRODUCTION ARE STOPPED BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX THEM
Yes I am mad ... and probably not alone
It's a real pity.....

Maybe it's time to open a Pizza startup not so far the beach to do a business....
But Web Dev / E-comerce and new technology seems not your best way...Too complicate
