Program freezing when clicking on text box

I have the latest version of website x5 - pro.
After the last update I have been experiencing difficulties I have managed to cure some of the problems using the help centre.
But I am trying to edit one page on a website I have almost finished the program works fine until I get to the page that I am trying to edit. I click on content to enter the text box and it just freezes, if per chance it does let me in to edit it as soon as I click preview again it freezes. It doesn't do it on any other pages of the site. I have uninstalled the program and re installed it and it's still the same I have even deleted the whole page and started from scratch, this worked for a little while but then again it froze. I have even refreshed windows. It cost me £150.00 for this program and I can't use it.

Is this a website imported from an earlier version?
Is this page very large/complex?
If you create a new page and recreate the problem page, do you experience the same issues?

No the website is created with the latest version.
It's my shop I have got login and logout objects a photo object, two galleries, three texts, and two animated buttons.
I have deleted the whole page and started rebuilding it from scratch. It worked until I had inserted and completed the above objects, I am now on another text object and it is not allowing me in to enter any content ie. it freezes as soon as I click on content?
It's driving me mad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Website X5 - Pro, no change. I have uninstalled every single application/Program and all Windows Updates. Then refreshed Windows 10, installed updates, then installed only Website X5 - Pro. Still the same???...

This issue you describe could be caused by many factors.
I'd like to ask you to try and verify two of these in order to understand where the issue could be generating from:
1_ This could be due to empty cells or rows in your pages which cause major slowdowns in the software. Do you have many of those? If yes, try to remove them or fill them in with empty text objects.
2_ Try to shut the software down. Close the antivirus as well and restart WebSite X5. See if the situation improves now

Hi,
Amazing, I could'nt shut down Avast Antivirus but I added exceptions. Once frozen it can't be shut down I have to restart PC. Anyway I deleted extra rows, and filled extra columns with empty text boxes and then tried to continue editing the page and it worked, thank you. This has been driving me insane for over four weeks now, I had tried everything I could think of before coming on here.
