New User login on locked sides does not work after update to v. 2019.3.9

When I create New User login to Locked Sides on my site . it does not work when I it out in Firefox
My old ones made in v. 2019.2.8 works fine - but I can't make new ones in the latest update 2019.3.9
Whats wrong?
