Adding the blog to the Menu

I have WebSite X5 v2019.1.7.
I read the article about how to add your blog to your menu. When I drag the blog to the Menu in the Map page it will only go to the very top, right below the Menu item. If I try to drag it anywhere else I get the "no" icon (red circle with diagonal line).
How can I add the blog to the bottom of the menu?

I found the up and down arrow to move the blog down where I wanted it. Just didn't work using the mouse and dragging.
