I have purchased your software WebSite X5 Pro (the latest current version)  and upon starting the program it gets stuck on the splash screen where it says "updating Libraries" and never passes that point. I am running this on a windows 10 64 bit os machine and i have tried to start it also in compatibility mode as well. please see the screen shot below. I believe you may have a problem on your end such as one of your servers may be down

If you are running 3rd party antivirus, malware, firewall or VPN could you temporarily uninstall or disable and see if it works?

Neither defender or win firewall are 3rd party. It could well be that there is a network issue.

But. . .

I cannot imagine the version you are using is the issue, but if you are not using v2020.1.5 please uninstall 2020.1.4, go to your profile (top right) and select download. Your license number will be under my licenses.

Fortunately for me (but not for you) all is well from my internet connection (down under in Aus).

Have you restarted your modem recently?

There was recently a post on here with a similar issue. It was resolved by talking to their ISP. The ISP had implemented new antivirus/firewall and it was blocking Incomedia servers.

If you are using a laptop or have a wifi connection on your PC, you could try using your mobile as a hotspot to see if that bypasses the issue.

Great information, download now works! But why would an ISP block this website? Thank you for your help thus far mate.

Talk to your ISP, they may have an issue they are not aware of.

Glad all is well!
