nope, not antivirus. I get this error when trying to pay for an order "ONLINE".
Please incomedia, stop screwing up your software. Everytime you do an update it messes my sites up really bad.

Version 2020.1 now requires a minimum of PHP version 7.1 (up from 5.6 in previous versions):

Can you confirm that you have a working installation of PHP 7.1 or above on your server?
If so, then check also if the option to display PHP errors is disabled on your server. If it is not then it can cause precisely the issue you describe.
