I use a Main option for example > Car Brand >
and the down of the Menu :Sub options >> Toyota
after that again another Main option > Year >
and Sub options>2010
but the same time still shows the Toyota sub options in an alternative.
But for the Year Main option Toyota not related sub option
if my main and sub options is longer and more than this is disturbing to search with All other sub options.

How can make a connection Sub options directly and exactly with related main option

This is currently not possible. All of the suboptions will appear together. In any case, you can assign only the useful ones to their correct category.
As of now, I can confirm that this is the correct way that the functionality is meant to work. This has been done so that if different suboptions belong to multiple categories, you're not forced to insert them again
