Adding news to existing website from anywhere

Hello!
I have installed WebSite X5 Pro on my computer and as administrator regularly manage our club website. Is it possible to manage some news from different members and other computers? For example: If I am on vacation or out of office, can our secretary add some news on website without installed program? How do you deal with these situations?

You can use the object 'Dynamic content'. It's a text editor and part of PRO version. Only authorized users are able to edit text.
