Product option and more sub option

I have a products (Ring) and I want the customer to choose the Ring Size (5,6,7,8). I have done the whole setup in the Advanced Settings, Shopping Cart, New Category, New Product, then gave all the information such as name, price, tax, etc. Finally, in the Options window, I added a Main Option List (Ring Size) and in its Settings, the Sub-Options List (5,6,7,8). All this work fine. But now...
I need the customer to make more options like ( Left and Right Sides of the ring ) and be able to put all of these options directly within the product page to the cart, there are about 10 options the customer has to make. Any ideas how I can do this? Any help would be a greatly appreciated, THANK YOU!

Hello.Create 10 options just like you created the ring size.
In truth, it might not look very nice on a product category page.Do you see this as a problem?

Hello, thank you for your real quick response. I may not have been to clear on what I wanted to do, I need 5 or 6 options to be add to the cart so I can see the options in the order. I have attached a picture of what I am trying to do. Any ideas would be deeply appreciate even if I have to enter the codes. Thank you!
You could create multiple "products", but in effect each one is an option. You just have to instruct the customer that they must choose something each one. The first one can be your ring with price, the second one size, the third one colour, the fourth one engraving or not, etc. At checkout you would have multiple products but it is really options. you can see what it would look like on my site... Thank you Adrian for a good idea, I will try and play with that, customer may be confused... any other suggestions please let me know. I really appreciate your help.
You could have text above each cart item (each item is for your purpose an option) that says for example:
Now choose your colour in this box below...
Now choose your size in the box below...
Now choose (whatever) .....
Hopefully they follow the instructions
I have other sites that use other shopping carts that allow for unlimited options on the item . Usually I have just 3 options, like size, length and color. But it is unlimited - you could have 10 options or 100 options. I use CS-cart. try firesleeveusa.com to see how it looks - pick the second sleeve item that has red and black sleeve in the picture.
