If I have Installed the software in desktop and laptop with the same licence. I want to know how many times I can install the softtware if the software corruptted or I have formatted desktop or laptop.

-> make a new post and set it to *private* - so only Inco can read.
-> attach your billing-info and (old - and new mail [if changed]) which you used for registration.
-> explain your problem
Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .
Normally v9 *registrates* automatically with your provided email and then the code will be shown in your profile on right side -> My Licences . . .
