New paypal commerce platform not working

I can't seem to get the new paypal platform to work. I've set everything up, I already have a paypal business account. It says paypal account has been correctly connected but when I make a purchase I get sent to my error page. Is there anything else I need to do for it to work?

It's the error page I have set up for if there's an error when paying with PayPal. When you click buy now after putting in all details it doesn't connect to PayPal, goes to error page

Kim, i did a test buy and it worked for me so seems to be set up ok, i bought a mini perfume bottle i think for - 5 bucks.. it will show as Jane Macgregor on Paypal. but all seems to be OK from a customer POV. Im using a laptop, but most traffic on my sites come via a mobile or tablet. if you wish i can try that and then you an just refund the PP payments..??

PS. how did you get the "pay now" button on your invoice/receipt ? i would presume its to do option with sending order, can you advise how you have set those option up, that would be great..
I have custoomers who "miss" the payment buttons or they dont show, but cant confirm and that would help with payments being held up..

did you pay with the option that said coming soon not paypal? The coming soon option is the new paypal, the other one is the old one. When I try and pur from my mobile it's not working for me.
I have no idea how the pay now button got on my invoices!
Im not sure, i only saw one option, i will check again.. if you could screenshot your shopping cart "sending order" so i can see how you set that up.. that might help. i will check just now,..
Kim, yeah, when clicking PP button, it takes me to the custom error page you have created..
I had an issue?? when you export it to your website, in the export page, is it the https:// as this caused issues with my PP setup.. it doesnt matter for uploading files, but when it comes to the PP process I found out it matters a great deal..
