Thank you for your answer but the problem persists and I do not know what to do to fix it. I also bought the latest update from you, but the problem is the same, I don't receive customer orders. I have no knowledge in the field of computer science and I do not know English. I am 66 years old and I make the settings for the construction of the site intuitively with the translation made by google.It is the first time, since 2014, when I bought old versions of the program from you, when it happens that the site does not work properly. This fact has negative effects from a commercial and financial point of view because my company SC Goblen Kit SRL no longer receives orders. In the current period, the lack of money affects me a lot.I don't know where the problem is.Maybe I don't have the necessary knowledge and that's why I ask you to help me solve the problem.If on the export page I choose the option not to see what are the problems of selecting the correct upload folder, then the whole project is exported to the server.I used the script testing option (standard and php) for email but I don't receive any messages. What address should I put on the email sender and the user's email address.At *** I receive messages from other addresses but I do not receive from the site www.goblenkit.ro with customer orders even if the order is completed and a confirmation message appears.The same happens with the form on the page http://www.goblenkit.ro/personalizate.htmlI do not receive the form with the client's data. Hello.Have you tried to do what Andre E recommended to you in №2?

Check your SPAM folder. Perhaps letters in this folder.

"What data should I pass to "Access Management"?" - In the Access Manager you can manage users. This is not what you need to set up your mail. To set up mail, you need a Data manager. In Data manager you can set up your mail. You need to do what Andre E recommended to you in №2. When you find the appropriate settings, then you can add them to the Data Manager.

If the recommended script for sending mail does not work, then I would recommend trying SMTP. You can find out the data for connecting via SMTP to the mail of your site (address for sending letters) from your hosting provider.

It can be that your provider changed the way email is handeld, this is not handeld by x5, but by your provider.

X5 has several scripts and you can test them in the test panes as described in the previous post.

If you are not sure what script or method you need to use then check the FAQ or contact your internet provider, they set up the rules for it and this methode can be filled in in x5. 

See also that you use correct PHP settings, also provided by the webhosting company. advised for x5 is 7.1 or 7.3.

If the admin test does not work then don't look any further, get this to work first then all the other things will be easyer - if there any left-
