Hover button freezes software when i try to edit

I am creating 5 hover buttons along the page, i get to the 4th and it will not let me open it. I did copy paste the other 3 and when it did not open i created a new one but still the same.

I just tested, added 6 and had no problems.
Sometimes there is someting wrong with a page, make a new page add first the hoover buttons, if these all work then copy content from the other page to the new one and delete the page that does not work.
