Template Drone Portfolio  en

I am using Website X5 Pro version 2021.1.5, I have installed the template Drone Portfolio, and when I am in Template content - Header or Footer and I want to modify something, my computer crash (blue screen) every time.

I tried with two other templates Fotograf and Fotisto Studio; everything works fine without a crash.

This should not give an error, but did you also have all objects and installed these objectsin x5?

below the onces that is needed for this template.

Thanks for your help.

No, I didn't buy all objects because on the marketplace page, it doesn't specify that you have to purchase all objects, but it's written; it's an entire site to customize with optional objects.

So, for me, it means that the template should work without purchasing all optional objects.

Hello Alain,

Again, it should not give you an error, but these objects are used in the template, so you can buy them or remove them and change them for something else, then the template will work as well.

Do you work from 1 pc, not from a cloud or remote drive? that can also sometimes give trouble.

update x5 to latest version.

try to remove these items that you don't have (or buy them). 

in the question mark there is more info if you want to buy the template from the marketstore.

Hi Andre

I use Website X5 Pro Version 2021.1.5, and I am working with 1 PC only and not from Cloud or external hard drive.

I did not buy the following objects: Justified Gallery and Hover Button because I did not use them on my site.

If I buy all the objects and the template still doesn't work, Incomedia will refund all the buy credits, including the template and the objects I don't need?

i don't know, i am not from incomedia, if you don't want to use them try to remove them, if possible with the error you have. maybe Incomedia has some idea's it should not crash. Do you get an error log? if so please add here.

Latest version is 2021.2.2

Sorry, but I forgot to tell you that after each crash, the template disappears in the open project and that I have to reinstall it each time.

I will set this for incomedia, because it should not crash regardless if you have the objects or not. Maybe they can check why.

Hello Alain

Such an issue happening when running the project definitely means that something is not quite right with the system itself since any error the software can generate while elaborating the project would not cause such a situation and a similar issue has not been reported by any user right now.

In case of a normal software crash, an error window would appear and that would explain the correct error but this just seems unrelated to the project itself

In any case, as mentioned by you, you can surely attempt to purchase the missing Objects and try again. 

Should that still not work, we will surely proceed to refund the Objects if requested before 30 days after purchase

Hi Stefano

Thank you for your message and your proposal, but I have to decline it.

I had tried three other models, which worked very well, and Wednesday, I started to use another template; I have already created six web pages, and everything is fine, so I decided to keep it.

I wrote to Incomedia Sales yesterday because after several repair attempts and a crash each time with this model, I asked for a credit refund, and they accepted.
