Shopping cart item availablity and discounts bug?

I noticed and issue with shopping cart recently after the latest update 2021.2.2
- my discounted items only show in the homepage. I tried setting shopping cart filter to show only discounted items and says "nothing to display" eventhough i set 3 item with discounted price
- the availablity tag is not working correct. If i set quantity to only 2 items, Then i buy two items, then item should say "item not available" - but stay green and i can keep buying it??

i think i figured out both issues.
1 - discount issue on product search looks to be fixed in the beta version.
2 - there is a setting in "shopping cart" option > "update available quantity on order dispatch" i had to un-check it to that availability is updated as soon order is placed....not when dispatched.
