Cls Problem Still Exists

As I am trying to clear up my CLS Issue on every page, please see the Attached lighthouse report photo which shows 2 Text boxes is causing 100% of the CLS on the page.
I have seen this same issue on Lighthouse reports on many other pages on my website.
Why would a Simple Text Cell be the cause of my terrible CLS on most of my pages? What is the problem here?
Is there something I am doing wrong, or is it an inherrent defect in the X5 Pro code.
Why should something so simple as a Text Cell cause this problem?
I have been spending days on this issue with no positive solution.

I don't use google fonts, I tried a long time ago and did not like the results.
Any other reason why this is happening?

Perhaps there is something "heavy" at the top of the page. For example, a slider or an image.

What do you mean by this? Is there something in the Footer that needs to be fixed? Please be specific.

It's hard for me to advise something. Give a link to the site page. Perhaps I can help you with something.
Come già detto in altri post , devi impostare l'altezza dello sfondo del footer a 0px (in tutte le risoluzioni) per avere miglioramenti con il valore del CLS
