Search for the template you want (start a new prject) and save it (on your desktop for instance)

this can be done in step2 -> settings export/import.

Then start your own project but before that make a copy of this before changing your template, just in case it ends up  not as you expected! (in project settings)

goto step 2 same as before, choose import the previously saved template and select options accordinglly.

Check out all viewports! fine tune items if needed.
