Error with prices in shop on product page

If you put a product with options and for example one option has higher price then on product page if custmer set option with higher price price doesn't change... After clicking buy button price in shop is correct but other than customer saw by buying. It is unacceptable and inconsistent with consumer law...

It is not a question, it is an information about error. In shop page prices changes according to choosen product, in product page not, but should to be changed.

And why all my questions in English are always changed in Polish?
Everything that you have written is written in English.Perhaps you have automatic translation enabled in your browser.

No way, somebody changed from EN to PL - see attached screens. I put PL only if I write in Polish, otherway I put EN.

But still there is no answer from Incomedia or other users in scope of found problem... I would like to publish website but it is illegal to show one price for customer with button Buy and put other one in basket.

About the language, I believe it was incorrectly changed by a moderator. We're investigating the situation to avoid this from happening again
About the issue, I can confirm that I was able to verify it and proceeded to notify the developers of this

It should have been done in beta tests - as I did before publish new version of website. Now I can not publish website ready for selling and I am forced to wait for update but no one knows when, no one knows what and no one knows if...

We cannot accept to be blocked for many days or weeks because the bug is a blocking bug
48 hours could be acceptable and after not acceptable...

Stefano, please explain me, why should I trust your company and your programm? Serious problem (not found in beta tests, but very easy to find it) that making impossible using of programm and there is no answer when it would be repair? In my country it works in that way: programmers stay one or two nights at work, but in 48 hours repair is made. Your treaten of customers is totally unacceptable - it is a reason why I didn't renew licence. In fact because of such serious bug next year extension of programm should be for free for users.

I apologize for the delay. I can confirm that the issue has been found correctly and is being fixed.
As soon as it has been tested properly, it will be published in a new update.
Please wait a little more until the update has been officially completed and it is officially available

Like I said since may years... A blocking bug should be fixed into 48 hours max...
So the Incomedia update and fixing bug strategy is out today.
I sent an email to the Incomedia' CEO about this problem, plus a link to a post on this subject... Obviously no answer, because the focus of Incomedia is not customer opriented, but more on how to win money... credit pack, discount on credit pack, or to sale other third solutions... and so more...
We will received enough emails about these promotions !
But same energy to fix a critical/blocking is not their priority.
Today 4 bugs have been discovered into the new product-sheet feature. How can we imagine to provide a software with a new feature with 4 bugs, and 2 of them are blocking... !!!!!
Where is their voluntee to provide a software ready !!! Never.
I am wainting sionce 3 weeks abotu a main blocking bug.... incoemdia's answer is: " a fix is into the pipe for a future release"... When ... nobody knows !!!!!!!!!
Like you, I am thinking really to go to other solution (I have some names. reach me by email about that)
Not acceptable to wait, to wait, and to wait at each time...

These are top priority bugs and must be resolved in a short time, as is the case with all other PAYMENT software. Indeed, very often with free software these important bugs are solved within a couple of days at most.

Incomedia - I still can not put the ready website because of that serious bugs. What with you? 2 blocking bugs still are and we can't find solution for hide them but we have to work. When do you repair them?

Sorry, I don't understand. You confirmed blocking bugs in programm found two weeks ago and do you write that I don't recieve repair of it because my license is expired? And you invite me to be a beta tester despite of it - how much do you pay for it? Licence for programm for free? For now I would like to have a right working programm Website x5 2021.2.7. Then I will think about updating the licence (maybe) - more in my private post...

Even though your license expired, you will receive the fix anyway since you own the license for v2021.2. Do not worry. As soon as the update is out of BETA, you will receive the patch
