Can't find templates on hard drive

I am a new user
I just puchased Incomedia WebSite X5 Start.
I cannot locate any templates on my hard drive.
I get an error message - Access to the path ' C:\Users\Documents\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X% v14 - Start\_temp_ash1p0hs' is denied.
Help !

They should be installed with x5, are you suggestion they are also not in x5?
Then reinstall see that no firewall /virusscanner interferes, make sure you have enough rights (admin)
in case of other reason for asking (i realy wonder why) check here;
c:\program files\website x5 start\templates
