Disable background on Row Format on small display

On small display, pictures used as background on Row Format is visually deformed or graphically unsuitable.
I need button to disable the used background on low resolution of display.

Hi, sorry for my English, I'm Italian. The effect you can get depends on the size of the photos you use as a background in the Row Format.
If you use photos of certain dimensions (almost square) they give you this effect which you can see here when you resize the screen:

I recommend using photos of 1920px wide and 1300/1600px high. I am attaching here a photo with which you can do some tests (dimensions 1920x1600 px).
