When you try and increase the order amount using the arrows in the cart you can increase by one and then when you click again it removes it.In other words you cannot keep clicking on the increase arrow to increase the number of products you wish to buy. I think this is a bug that needs fixing.

Works fine for me, what php version does your webhosting run on? try setting it to V8 in the control panel of your webhost.
Is this everywhere or only at one product?

On all products. Will try upgrading my PHP.

Have set PHP to V 8 and tested in Chrome and the Edge and the issue is still the same. I click on the up arrow and the product increases. When I click again the product is removed. The only way it works is to click the up arrow, move the cursor away and then back again. Please can you look into this as my customer is not happy about this.
Thanks

Have tested in Firefox and it works fine but definately not on Chrome or the Edge.
I did my test in firefox,
now tested
chrome -> works correct.
edge -> works correct.
strange.... somebody else some ideas?

Have looked at this again. If I keep the mouse button on the up arrow then the items increase until I take the mouse away. If I click the up arrow one click at a time this does not work. It does in Firefox so why doesn't it in Chrome and The Edge. I am trying to cater for people who would not necessarily click and hold but click and click and click until they reached the number of products required. It seems to me that after you have clicked it defaults to the down arrow.
i do the same, both work, try yourself here, let me know if this works;

Question. If you go to https://arcstrading.co.uk you will see on the products page next to add to cart that there is not a quantity box yet there is in your example. How do I acheive this. When I go to the product details there is an option to select quntity and this works fine. It is only at the shopping cart that the ability to amend the quantity does not work in chrome as it does in firefox.

Ignore previous message I think I have resolved the issue by adding the quantity box to the product on the product page.
Great,
Is the matter solved then? Or still having trouble somewhere?

The issue is still there but I can live with it. But it needs looking into why it is a problem on Chrome and Edge but not Firefox

Hello try to delete your Chrome cache ! and also cookies...
Like you are on a cart issue it could be about some old cookies always present
Axel has a good point, as previously stated i tested good on these browsers as well.
So it looks more of a local issue
