We would like to know that if is possible to have our WebSite proyect in a cloud service or in google drive and at the same time active in internet and be able to make changes?

you can upload the projectfile wherever you want.
anybody with a x5 licence and knows the place of the project can import it, work on it, and update the website, after that set the new project on the same place as it was.
So if everybody has x5 and writing rights on the place where the project is, you could.
But only 1 at the time can work on the project else changes from one of the people working on it will get lost.
