Gallery object description unwanted display

We do not want the description on the gallery object to display but we want to keep the description to assist with SEO.
We have tried various settings on the object style and tooltip on mouse over settings but the text still displays.
The text displays permanently unless the mouse is over the gallery object then it disappears.

You can only set 3 ways for this text.
Display: Defines whether the descriptive text should always be visible or whether it should be shown / hidden upon mouse contact.
Possibly you can hide the text by code.
