How to set different font color in menu for homepage and different for other pages? I would need the menu to be in black font on the homepage and white font on all other pages.

No, there is only one color for the Object menu.
If you do not put the menu object in the header, but in the content, then you can set a different color for each menu. However, you cannot assign different colors to individual menu items. This is only possible with an individual code.
