in the creation of the site, I put the contact form where all the definitions of the email are correct because I already have other sites on which it works. unfortunately it is not working, because I performed several tests and do not receive the emails of the requests.

Hello.
1) Go to the site admin area and test different ways to send emails. When you find a suitable option, specify the appropriate settings in the program.
2) Try different versions of PHP: 7.3, 7.4 and possibly 8.
3) Recheck your mail connection settings.
4) Use the mail of your domain to send letters (do not use mail like GMail).
5) Check your Spam folder.
