Pro update not working, says I don't have a license

I get this error when trying to update
Here is my license status...now it want's me to reinstall
What will happen when I do this? and what is the reason for this?

Jack, if you were previously running the pro trial I suspect that is causing the error. If you go to your profile (top right this screen) and select download you can download the latest version, you will also find your activation key (license) there. Simply follow the prompts. . . .
