Hi Everyone!
I cannot get the Image/Company Logo to appear in my sent emails.
I have tried several formats and nothing works.
The image shows in the setup but not in the sent emails.
Any ideas?
Thank you and,
Cheers, JK
Gepostet am
John, I tried both jpg and png, both worked fine.
Could it be too large?
Can you attach the logo here for us to look?

Hola!
Thank you so much.
I attach two flavors as a 7z archive.
The file is in the images folder on the website.
As always, thank you, keep well and,
Cheers, JK
John, your png worked for me, although the jpg is smaller and may be crisper, is this how you set up your email?
Setp 2
result. . . .

Nah! no go!
Very strange!
The file is there is the images folder...
Could this message have something to do with it?
Perhaps the email codebase looks at soomething in this area where I know there is something (OFF)..
Thank you!
John, I suspect it is because the website cannot be reached in my web browser and I suspect WX5 uses the url to get the image and insert it into the email. Can you upload to a website address accessible to anyone on the internet, at least as a test?

May I send you the project?
oops - just found it does open in my browser (firefox) which I have told to accept insecure sites, I also suspect I may have mistyped in chrome - apologies.
It appears you are developing a replacement site - lots of work, well done.
In case it's caused by your mail server, can you try just inserting a minimal logo?
I don't think sending the site to me would help as I am sure the included logo would work. When you upload the site and open it in your browser to send a test email are you clearing the cache first? If not CTRL+F5 will clear cache and reload updated site.
When this logo is working is it possible to get an ssl cert to make the site secure (many hosts provide these at no cost), I note that even the existing company website (http://opsalsteel.com) is not secure, this is bad, many users will find the site blocked by their browsers.

My oh my!
I should have tried that....
I will check the mail server logs!
Thank you for the tool.
On another note, is their a JSON widget..
My real work is codebase and I am workng on a rest api which will connect to a mobile app..
Hum!
I am pleased it worked John, can I suggest you mark this post as solved (correct) and start a new post asking about the JSON widget, I do not think so but actually have no idea, a new post will elicit answers from more knowledgeable users or even Incomedia.
Have a great day.
