Please help me find all of the X5 PRO fixes that have been requested over the years..... I cannot find them.
Surely Incomedia would not release yet another new silly object for X5 PRO and not fix the serious objects that have seriouss shortcomings?
Or maybe I missed that Incomedia released X5 PRO PLATINUM or maybe X5 SUPER PRO that has all those items fixed?
Adrian (long time X5 "PRO" user who is getting very very very tired of waiting for the fixes......)

Hello.
"Please help me find all of the X5 PRO fixes that have been requested over the years..... I cannot find them." - Do you ask about your appeals to the technical support of the company?
"Surely Incomedia would not release yet another new silly object for X5 PRO and not fix the serious objects that have seriouss shortcomings?" - I haven't tested beta version 2022.2.1 but it looks like there will be something that some other users have been waiting for a long time - "New file management system". Judging by the description and the translation of the program interface that I recently did, it will finally be possible to remove from the project those files that are no longer used on the site. But I'm not 100% sure.
Adrian B. I agree... Update 2022.1.7. is slowed down the application by 50% ... Projects open twice as slow, the 5 bugs I thought would fix are not ... I am very disappointed ... Again ...
Hi Adrian,
as I had mentioned on a similar post, of course the resolution of the bugs is one of our top priorities. Still, you have to consider that not all bugs have the same priority, which is established taking many aspects into account. If you are referring to specific bugs you reported, could you please tell me which ones you are explicitly referring to? In this way, I will be able to provide you with more precise information.
Thanks! Kind regards.
Even the new zig zig object has a bug where its not showing any of its text boxes. Its just not cool to not have working objects that help drive the website viewing and navigation experience.
Really hope Incomedia can fix this soon, I'd really like to use this oject (Zig Zig) in some newer projects.
Now I've written a private ticket on this issue and have only had 1 other visit to the post over a 24hr+- period, but please don't quote me on this one Aleksej H. as I meant to say 24 hour period plus or minus a few hours.
Kind Regards
Hi A J.
a colleague replied to your post here, you can keep managing the reported issue with him: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/de/post/250942
Thanks! Kind regards.

Elisa:
Thank you for your reply.
Here are some issues previously reported:
1) Ability to add a note to the cart order at any phase during the order. It is only during Phase 1 at the moment, but if the customer thinks of something later they cannot add a comment or note, such as a shipping account number.
2) the text when entering customer data into the cart order process is grey on a grey background - colour choices please.... at least black on grey would be a start.
3) quantity change during checkout: now the only place to change quantity is step 1 - allow the customer to change quantity anywhere (especially at step 3 where the details are confirmed)
4) BIG ONE: additional payment gateway: Stripe. Stripe is very mainstream (at least in north america) and is better then paypal for credit cards (less confusing for customer as paypal tries to get user to create a new account even if they pay with credit card).
5) users registering should get get a confirmation message after pressing confirm.
6) REALLY BIG ONE: product options import/export. Check out CS-CART documentation for database structure and method - it is a very good method. ECWID also now offering same and has widgets for easy item placement to any page on any site.
With this also improve the selection options/variations by using multiple pickers for each product; and allow us to set selection methods such as radio buttons and dropdown lists for each option/variation.
For an example look at firesleeveusa.com: pick the second item on the top row: Each option has a dropdown list to pick from. (the first two options have many elements, the last option (color) could be a dropdown or a radio button.
7) Gallery Object - add choices for text colour and background colour for Description field in List view of object editing.
8) Real breadcrumbs, not just path display
Rename X5 PRO to X5 ALMOST PRO until items above have been implemented...

@Elisa,
Okay thanks for the update, much appreciated.
Hello Adrian
Considering that it might not be possible for me to provide specific information on some points you made, I would like to at least try to provide a little more insight on the matters you mentioned:
1_ This is probably not something that will be done in the near future. Considering how the cart system works right now, a user can go back at any time to previous steps to fill in additional optional fields you might have added to the form he has to complete.
In case what you meant to say was to have the possibility of adding details to an order after the entire order has been concluded, like even a day after, I'm not sure something exactly like this has been reported yet. Can you please clarify if this is what you meant?
2_ I've tested this on a new project and I'm not sure about where this is happening. Could you please provide a screenshot of the problem? I will then have the possibility of reporting this for improvement
3_ Actually same answer as n°1. I can understand how the system can be improved in an infinite amount of ways, but I wouldn't consider this particularly detrimental to the experience
4_ Although this wasn't done yet, I can confirm that it is being actively discussed. There is a solid chance that Stripe will be added to the payment methods in the future
5_ This should already be so if you enable the email confirmation for the user. In all other cases, the user is immediately sent where he needs to go not to interrupt the experience
6_ Considering all of the internal logic for the cart, I really do not believe it will be possible to have something like this. In order to import the products into our cart, you need to format a CSV exactly as explained in our official documentation.
If this requirement isn't met, the import will simply not be possible
7_ Was this reported as an Idea already? If not, could you open a new Idea topic for me and link it here?
8_ Considering how the structure of any WebSite X5 website is made, I'm not sure how differently this could be done. WebSite X5 uses no folder structure, not real nor virtual. So you will never have an URL such as www.site.com/something/page.html
The only situation in which you can have something like this is with the default cart and blog functionalities. For all other pages, I believe the breadcrumbs should already be working in the expected ways, or am I wrong? Can you perhaps present an instance where this is incorrect?
I remain available here
