Hallo und guten Tag,
ich bin neu hier und möchte die bestellten Artikel automatisch über meine Software einlesen.
Dazu fehlen mir die Angaben zur Bestellung der SKU in der products.csv bzw. order_data.csv und die Zugehörigkeit der Dateien: aus Datenbank online:
products.csv, invoicedata.csv und shippingdata.csv bzw.
aus der Email an mich:
order_data.csv, shipping_data.csv und user_data.csv.
Wo finde ich die richtigen Einstellung zu diesen CSV Dateien?
Freue mich schon auf positive Nachrichten von Ihnen.

I'm not sure I completely understand the question, but keep in mind that not all fields are mandatory to import a product into the software, and not all fields can be filled in with the CSV import, unfortunately.
However, please check out our official guide here:

You can find a complete list of all required and optional fields to structure your CSV file and make sure that the import works just fine

Hello,
This is not the answer what I need. I try to make a new try.
What I need is the column with SKU in the file products.csv (after export from basket) or in order_data.csv (after order from customer via mail).
My question is : what I have to do to get this SKU in these files. I need this for exact connection the article (WX5 file) with my database. (not import or export database WX5).

I understand now.
If you export your products as CSV from Step 1 -> Shopping cart, you should already get an SKU field there. Is this not true?
Unfortunately, the order_data.csv from orders will not contain the SKU field, which can only be found in the default export in Step 1
Can you please verify that the SKU is in fact written there for you too?

Wenn Sie Ihre Produkte als CSV aus Schritt 1 -> Warenkorb exportieren, sollten Sie dort bereits ein SKU-Feld erhalten. Ist das nicht wahr?
Leider enthält die order_data.csv von Bestellungen nicht das SKU-Feld, das nur im Standardexport in Schritt 1 zu finden ist
Können Sie bitte überprüfen, ob die SKU tatsächlich auch für Sie dort geschrieben ist?

For a long time I didn't have time to take care of my website. My problem persists.
I'll try to explain again:
When I export the data I get a ZIP file.
This ZIP file contains
1. Invoice data.csv and 2. Products.csv
in (1.) the address is:

not more.
Can't use it because shipping details, SKU, delivery method, payment method are missing.
And what does "637.059" actually mean???
It's really not helpful. I can only enter the information from the screen.

As mentioned in my previous post, I am really afraid that the SKU here simply doesn't appear. If you want, I can turn the topic into an Idea to see if this improvement can be implemented into the software but I must confirm that as of now, there is no way to automatically get the SKU in these files.
Also, from what I see the VAT field is not 637,059 but it's 6.37059, rounded to 6.37 which is the VAT percentage in your file
Please do let me know if you wish me to proceed like this

Soweit ich sehe, ist das MwSt.-Feld nicht 637.059, sondern 6,37059, gerundet auf 6,37, was dem MwSt.-Prozentsatz in Ihrer Datei entspricht
