Cannot preview on mobile devices  en

I am unable to preview any of my sites on my tablet or phone, either by scanning the QR code or manually entering the URL.

My devices display this message-"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

The devices are all on the same network as my computer and WiFi is enabled on all.

Whilst I would like to offer a solution, I am afraid that I could not resolve this issue until circumstances forced me to reinstall win10.

I was pretty sure it was a firewall issue but was never successful. You might like to try disabling any 3rd party av/malware/firewall, but if you also fail I can only hope someone else here can offer a definitive answer.

I tried turning off my firewall and Malwarebytes, but the problem is still there.

Hello Donald

Unfortunately, this issue isn't specific to WebSite X5 but it depends on how your local network is configured. If due to any security reason or router configuration the two devices cannot communicate on the same network, you won't be able to make use of this functionality.

There is, unfortunately, nothing specific I can advise to check but to make sure that nothing on the router nor the computer is blocking access to local devices.

In some extreme cases, like Esahc mentioned, it might be necessary to restore a clean installation of Windows to make sure that the system is as clean as possible and then try again

Please try and double-check what I mentioned and let me know here if you make any progress on the matter
