Where is the dynamic content saved when "file" is selected?

I have a client that is going to be updating her dynamic content and I don't want to lose it as I make website updates. I want to know what file it is saved in so I can export that file before major changes.

il file viene salvato nella cartella specificata nello stesso oggetto dinamico, io ad esempio qui l'ho chiamata
dyn1
... cartelle sul server
contenuto della cartella dyn1, file TXT con il nome dell'ID dell'oggetto dinamico
Ricordati di non fare caricare immagini grandi, altrimenti, fa molta fatica a gestirlo..., poichè vengono convertite in BASE64

The updates applied to a dynamic content are either stored on a file or on a database, according to the option you chose when setting up the Dynamic Content Object itself. To create a backup copy, then, you can either copy the folder or duplicate the Database table itself.

What is the default folder? I never entered one.

By file is stored by default in the server main folder, but you can possibly specify a different sub-folder.
