I found the reason why mywebsite (on rentalserver) can't redraw background image

Wen I access my website with no www. URL, the background image can't be redrawed.
But with www.URL, the background image can be redrawed.

or
www.simmnex.com is no ploblem.
I think the rental server might have some problem.

Shimei, have you contacted your hosting? Normally the .htaccess file can be modified so that all domain variations are treated equally.
