36 items as maximun in shopping cart order

Dear Incomedia users and developers,
I have a problem with my online customers using the shopping cart.
The maximun different products that accept the shopping cart without errors is 36
The quantity of each products is not a problem, the problem is the maximun different products
If a customer want to purchase more 40 different products the email with the order stops in 36 lines of the order and does not show the total ammount, in *.csv file it is the same error
The Shopping Cart cannot process more than 36 different products.
how can I solve it?

Hello, it has been known for years, there are posts in the Italian and English Forum that indicate a solution by adding (if I remember correctly) some lines in the .htaccess file of Website X5

I read several questions and ansewers and I tested different values from the answers
Finally I whote in my .user.ini file:
display_errors=Off
max_execution_time=120
max_input_time=300
memory_limit=1024M
max_input_vars=5000
output_buffering=4096
post_max_size=96M
upload_max_filesize=96M
zlib.output_compression=Off
short_open_tag=Off
file_uploads = On
The shopping cart is working well with 5000 products (I will add more products in a few days)
I tested it with 50 different products with different quantities each one in only one buy and works well
