Unable to load pages to one.com

Since yesterday, ONE.COM hosting has changed its format for loading webpages and I cannot get a solution from ONE.COM as yet. Has anyone else experienced this probem and does anyone have a solution to loading webpages for hosting?

Update: One.Com has made changes to the hosting of webpages and I can now load my pages but with a new Destination Folder given to me by One.Com. If you still have problems suggest you contact One.Com at:
*** and ask them for details of the correct Destination Folder for you.

You can find by yourself your upload/destination folder at One.com here:
Goto the One.com site and login to your config-screen.
Scroll at the dashboard of your site comleet down.
Click here in Services at disk-usage.
Scroll here down to Advanced: here you will see the file/system path which you must use in
websiteX5 as path at one.comin in which to upload your files.

Thanks Jan, I would never have found that! One.Com did not even suggest that although they did give me details of the Destination Folder but did not tell me where to find it as you have.
