Problem With Polish Letters In The Form

I created form in my website. There is a field "date" with calendar next to the field. I choose dates from the calendar. When i choose date format "piątek 16 Wrzesień 2011" it does not work correctly. I can see info next to the field "Input correct date". I changed settings to "17/09/2011" and uploaded to the server. With such settings it works correctly.

Is it a formatting issue? I mean, was the date in the wrong format? Or simply when you clicked on the calendar icon, the calendar didn't pop up?

When I create form I choose polish format of date e.g Piątek 16 Wrzesień 2011. When the webpage is ready and uploaded to server I go to form and I choose date from the calendar. When I try to send it i can see message that format of date is wrong. When I create form with other format e.g. 16/09/2011 everything works correctly.

I've tried the date field. For today (friday) it writes "piątek 30 Wrzesień 2011". Is it correct? Which text do you see on your PC when you select that format?

Excatly. Your example is correct. When form is ready and published on webpage after that I try to fill in and send form I can see message "Wrong date format".
We have fixed this problem in 9.0.2. Maybe you're still using the wrong configuration files from an older version.
