I have bought "B&B LoChalet" but twice my program WebSite X5 pro has been shut down by my Malwarebytes, surely there is no malware in the template?

Is definitely a false positive.
Put the WebsiteX5 program and all its folders and appurtenances in your antivirus/antispyware/firewall exceptions
