It is a problem with PHP.
----
__autoload is no longer supported
This function has been DEPRECATED as of PHP 7.2.0, and REMOVED as of PHP 8.0.0.

Your web hosting provider use PHP 8.0.0 or higher. Do you use an older version of WebSite X5?
You can downgrade PHP, which costs money, so it might be cheaper if you update WebSite X5.
Tip: Click here on the top right on the user name, there under "Offers for you" you will find WebSite X5 with a discount.

So nice, you sold me not functional, not supported version of template. Good job. Thank you.
I have already ordered newwer version of X5 - will be fixed this template with newer version or I will need to redo this websites?
Thank You
Ivan
I am not an Incomedia employee.
The problem isn't the template, it's that WebSite X5 uses a PHP version that doesn't match the PHP version of the webspace.
Has the template been tested with the new version of WebSite X5?

Hi Daniel.
This is a point of view - template sold last year was only supporting the older version of PHP. None company providing hosting is having this version of PHP anymore, so I assume this product was last year so outdated, that it couldn t be sold by Incomedia.
I still don t have new version of X5, I cannot say if it will be working. I need to wait until payment arrives to NL account.
One more question - if I convert my old project to iwzip file and I will open it in newer version of X5, will be this issue solved? Do you have any experience with it?
Thank You

Daniel
thank you for helping me.

Hello Ivan
I apologize but I am not sure exactly was has been attempted already.
If you open the template you purchased in the newest version, you will not encounter this problem as long as you ask your hosting provider to update their PHP to 8.0
If you do this, the error should disappear automatically.
Can you try this out for me please?
Thank you

Hi Stefano,
I bought the template for cca 25 Euros last year in August.
I didn t want to pay 100 Euro extra for a template to be functional as promoted. Why do you sell so outdated and not fully functional templates?
Besides I see really not big diffence between my old version and this new one. I bought from you versions 9, 12,13,14,15,16 and this last one. I saw differences in version 13 - parallax options and 16 blog. Version 2023 doesn t offer any improvement comparing to version 16.3. SLidly better graphics, but not any kind of customization of blog, still working on the same grid with the same logic as in version 16.3. It might be improvement in PHP, but me as a designer I don t see any differences in my work.

So that we don't beat about the bush here, you should state the name of the template, the version of WebSite X5 used and the booking form used.

Hi Daniel,
I used 16.3.1 version of X5, Template name was City Hotel, there in the template is booking form included.
Now I have upgraded version to 2023 so I m curiouse about the result.
Thanks.
Ivan
Maybe give a link and/or post a screenshot.
Take a look at the booking form, is everything still ok there?
And at...
----- WebSite X5 -----
5 Export > Export the website to the Internet / Parameters
______/ email /______
-----------------------
... check whether the e-mail address is given there.

Hi Daniel,
after converting the website to newer version it is somehow working, I m not sure if that works as intended. I have a feeling I must always go my way by creating websites. Templates are not the way.
Thanks a lot.

There are many ways to create a website, e.g. create the HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript code yourself with a code editor and also think about the colors as well as the arrangement and formatting of menus, texts and images make.
Or you can grab WebSite X5 and one of the pre-built templates, either a free template or a paid template.
As the saying goes: "There are many roads that lead to Rome."
