Hi, I am running Website X5 pro on Parallels desktop on an M2 MAC and all has been working well.
until today the new update 2023.4 showed as available. Its a little confusing because in some places it says the update is 2023.3 and others 2023.4 , see the attached picture , anyway when I run the updater it says "Website X5 is already updated to the latest version"

As far as I know, the Mac version is a 32-bit version, but the Windows version is a 64-bit version.
I don't know if Incomedia is still updating the 32-bit Mac version, because from November there will supposedly be no more 32-bit versions.

Hi Daryl,
please find here the link to download the version for 32-bit: https://websitex5.com/download/latest/x86/wsx5_pro.exe
However, as Daniel reported, this version will no longer be available as soon as we publish the next WebSite X5 version.
Thanks! Kind regards.

Hi Thanks for you're answer and the link.
It's not really clear why you are all talking about the parallels desktop only supporting 32 bit applications though
as I have installed many other 64 bit windows applications. Its only Website X5 pro that says it cannot install on a 32 bit machine. It seems to be a problem with the installer.
Attached is a picture clearly showing I am running WIN 11 64 BIT
Is there any chance this will be fixed ... or a MAC version of Website X5 pro would be even better
regards Daryl
I completely agree it's a problem with your installer, change it and make it work normally, I just updated my license today and I had the same problem, and you can't tell me that you don't support something, our hardware is up to date so please solve this issue for mac on m2 etc. thanks for your attention!
Hi there,
I confirm this is a known issue and that it has already been reported. We are currently working on it to find a solution, I will let you know as soon as news are available about the matter.
Thanks! Kind regards.
Greetings. I bought the updated version, but I only found out during the installation that it doesn't work on the 32-bit version. How can I solve the problem?

Hi Oskar,
Parallels desktop on an M1 or M2 MAC is running 64 bit NOT 32 bit windows. The Incomedia Website X5 64 bit installer has an issue which causes it to fail install and incorrectly reports that it does not support 32 bit hardware.
According to Elisa B this is presently being worked on.... :)
