I have struggled and seem to have gone through every section, but on my computer, my page content, I can not get it to fill the width of the site, it still seems to have borders, how do I get the page contents to fit full width of web site, the centre picture Id like it the width of screen,

With "4 pages" you can select objects and then click "Expand" at the top to expand the content to full width. But this only works if there is only one object in the line.
Another option is to click on "Line Style" at the top, then click on "Advanced" and place a color, gradient, image or image gallery, animation, video or map under "Background".
Maybe the moderators know other options.
exactly as suggested the first object as long as the image is the correct size you can use the expand function, if you have more than one object on the same row (example 3 image objects below) you cannot use this function
