Entire website is uploading to server each & every time.

Each time I upload any update to my website to the server, the entire website is uploaded. Previously the data that was recently added was uploading & not the entire website. It's taking a lot of time.
What to do?

A) Tip from Andreas S. (moderator):
It is also advisable to tick the “Reduce resolution of large images” box under “5 Export > Export project” and then export. Then import this backup and continue working with it.
Also under "5 export" "Optimize project" select "Delete the resources linked to the project" and go to Start.
B) Upload the images in WebP format ...
1 Settings > SEO
File size
... Place 3 checkmarks and set the slider for “Image optimization” to “Maximum”.
C) Upload only the updated files...
5 Export > Export the website to the Internet
Upload options
(x) Upload only the files that have changed since the last export on...
:( i know your problem...
