How to get refund for order placed  en

I have just purchased licence for Website X5 Pro. i don't like to working of it. it is not downloading any themes which are even free without any credit label. Also I feel that the software has more paid add-ons rather than available with the product.

I wish to get the full refund of the product I paid for. How to do it?

Only Incomedia employees can initiate the refund, but these employees are probably only in the community during normal office hours in Italy, so you may have to wait until Monday.

I haven't bought any add-ons in the Marketplace yet, they're mostly just for effects. The objects included in the program are sufficient for me.

we are sorry that you are not enjoying our software!
Could you kindly provide us with further details about the failure to download the free themes?
A double-click on the theme you want to select with your project should be enough to download and install it to get started.
Do you get some sort of error message?

Regarding the refund, we can of course proceed if you want to, but keep in mind that you have a month
to try out the sotfware and what it can do even without purchased add-ons, if you'd prefer, before going ahead with the refund.

All apps have bugs... That's why we're here to point them out... Unfortunately, But working with apps nowadays X5 still offers the most value for money in my opinion...
