Niet mogelijk om een project export te doen  nl

Na het installeren van de laatste versie (2023.3)

Ik probeer een project op te slaan naar een bestandslocatie en krijg de foutmelding: 

het is niet mogelijk om de export te voltooien (de cloudbestandprovider wordt niet uitgevoerd)

I try to export a project to a location on my harddisk and get the error message:
It is not possible to complete the export (the cloudfilemanager is not executed)

what location are you trying to export the project to? Maybe it is some folder related to a cloud platform such as a OneDrive folder?

Thanks Eric. I used both.

I use a One Drive map but also I tried to export the file to a back up harddisk conneted directly to the computer and there the same error message appeared.

Hello Mendrik, 
I would suggest reinstalling the software so that the settings are reset to default.
Your projects won't be affected, but you will be able to copy them if you want to be sure.
By default you should find all project folders at:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Evo
Let us know if any issues persist after reinstalling.

OK I'll do that. But where can i find the software to re-install. I can't find the original software anymore. Has it being removed after installation?

Thanks very much. Problem solved.

In the end I think the cause was the OneDrive connection. The synchronization was not good.
