Hello, can you advise where I can find the forgotten password to the DB database. What file is it stored in? Thank you

It is unlikely that passwords will be stored in plain text, so a search will probably only reveal a hash that is of no use.
If no one has another solution, then the database password would have to be changed at the web host in the customer area, but then the database password would also have to be changed in all projects that use this database.

Hello,
the folder of your project contains a file called project.iwprj2.
If you open this file with tools such as 7Zip you will be able to access a file called "project".
If you open this file with a text editor, and look for <Databases>, you will find the parameters that are currently used for the data management section of this project.
Be careful not to edit or delete anything within this file, as it could cause the project to malfunction.
