There is a huge blank space between containers at https://www.softedu.eu/index.html
I almost blinded and I cannot find the error - why is this happening?

It seems to be caused by the text somehow.
Can you try to copy the text from the Text Object, delete the Object and then place it again?
Is it solved this way?

Yes indeed, I have moved the text into a blank Notepad them moved back inside container.
it works!
