Closing pro and agency most of the time not working

I have a problem with closing the program. Most of the time i can close it and must stop the program in the taskmanager, or restart the computer.
Is this a problem in the program?

Je zou kunnen proberen om vanuit je profiel je huidige versie te downloaden en opnieuw te instaleren, Je files blijven bewaard echter kan een backup van je projecten nooit kwaad, stap5 -export project-

It started recently after the last update.
I have installed again but it still happened. ( not always ) that the strange.
example:
- working on a site that excist, save and upload, Then it wil not close in the most times.
----------------
Make a new site, save and upload, then it close always correct.

could you please provide me with one of the projects you have noticed this on?
I would like to check whether I can replicate the behavior with the same project, or if instead this is something caused by a local factor affecting the software.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
