I would like to know if there is any difference for the Page Title and Tag title ? Is it better to click both on for Google Search Console ?

THank you. I did read it. Im still not sure if the answer is in that guide. Im confused to turn on the Page Title or Tag Title, or both . Because in the screenshot in the guide the Page title is turned off and the Tag title is turned on.

I'll clarify:
if you leave the Page Title option disabled, the title of the page will be what you see here in the sitemap:
The tag "Title", in a similar way, would be inherited from the page title if it is not enabled, so toggling it will allow you to customize it and optimize this text.
Here is an example of the page in my previous screenshot: this page is called Page 2 in the sitemap, its Page Title is Lorem ipsum and its Tag "Title" is Dolor sit amet.

Hopefully you can help me with another question. if i change an page URL how to redirect it from the Old URL to the New URL ?

could you please provide additional details?
Would the page be the same, but with a different URL, or would it also be a different file replacing the current page?
And where should the redirect be applied, would there be some parts of the website still referencing the old URL?
