I have used iPower.com webhosting for many years. For some reason, this version of Websitex5 isn't allowing me to upload my new website into my iPower.com public_html folder via ftp.

On Friday, I spent several hours with iPower.com tech support to see if the issue was on their end. It was not. iPower sent me iPower's tested and verified working ftp credentials to check Websitex5's ability to connect to iPower's ftp servers. Websitex5 did not connect to iPower's ftp servers.  See attachment for the repeated error screen and end result.

It is important that I upload this website soon.  I do not know what to do. I need your help.
