I can not export my website to internet. What's happening? is this a problem from incomedia? it's almost for 18 hours. I get a mention that I have to ask my internetprovider if the parameters good

Everything works well on the software. You must have the ftp settings incorrect, consult your Service Provider as to the correct ftp settings. Also read help on the software for further assistance when you have these settings.
