Configuration from Website X5 panel. Error: The DNS records haven't been correctly set up on the external Registrar.
Please advise on correcting the error.

Hello Carl,
you will need to make sure that, for the records listed in our hosting panel (the 5 A records, the MX record and the TXT record) the only values on your registrar's control panel are the ones listed by us.
For the MX record, 10 is the value for the priority, specifically.
If you only see the 4 records in the screenshot, please make sure to check in with your registrar that you are checking in the right area of your control panel, and if necessary add the new records.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide support about third party registrars as each may have some differences in the process, but you should also be able to provide their support with the records and values to be set so that they can go ahead with the process.
