How do I access my Cpanel in regards to my website x5 hosting  en

Recently I moved across from Hostinger to website x5 for hosting (host.it) my website and can't locate my Cpanel or whatever website x5 calls it.

Hostinger had a Hpanel which allowed you to do just about anything.

Also since the latest update a few days ago to website x5 I now have a problem with the home page of the website.

Check out the site http://jim-connelly.websitex5.me and you will see the issue.

I always preview the website prior to uploading and there was not an issue. This is weird. 

I have requested my registered domain name www.jimsmodelrailway.com be transfered across at this time but doubt that would be causing any problems.

Incomedia staff are not expected to be back online until June 3rd.

cPanel is less suitable for beginners and may therefore not be included in the WebSiteX5 web hosting package.

If the other issue is related to the WebSiteX5 update, only Incomedia staff could help. Otherwise, other users or moderators could also provide tips.

Looks like the same scrolling error that others have reported. Hopefully this can get sorted soon.

I don't believe you can reach the control panel (such as cpanel) for the X5 hosting service.

You can use an FTP tool like filezilla to access files on the X5 server and do some useful manipulations

Hello Jim,
we do not provide access to the hosting contents through a tool here on the Help Center, so in order to access the files you can either enter the destination folder in Step 5 - Export, by clicking the icon at the end of the field, or you can use external tools such as FileZilla.

Regarding the scrolling issue, I am sorry about the situation and we are looking at the Swiper Animated Object to resolve this as soon as possible.

thank you for your help so far and I have found the c-panel, just needed to open my eyes a little larger.

Allow me to paste the following for info:

Hostinger.com received notification on Thursday, May 29, 2025 that you have requested/pre-approved a transfer to another domain name registrar.

This transfer did go ahead and my official registrar I assume is Host.it as websitex5 is not a hosting provider.

When I go into Domain configuration I am presented with the following:-

Domain configuration

Configure the domain registered on another Registrar so it leads to your web space

First point, my domain is no longer registered with Hostinger.com as shown above and the new registrar is Websitex5 (Host.it).

My interpretation of the above sentence under “domain configuration” sounds like a redirection to me. How do you think that statement should be interpreted?

I will stop at this point until I receive further advice/guidance from Websitex5 as how to proceed.

What do you think?

Hello Jim,
the domain is being transferred, not redirected (which would require you to intervene on the DNS records).
Currently it is in the process of being added to your hosting space, this automatic operation is scheduled for today in the late afternoon.

Thank you very much Eric. Had an idea something was happening because when I typed in jimsmodelrailway.com in the browser an advertisment/promo appeared for Host.it 

Might use it as wallpaper.

Also Eric as a temp. measure to overcome the schrolling of my home page I have removed the object.

Let us know when the problem has been resolved.

Spent some time in Rome on work related buisness and what a great place. The Italians were great people, can't say the same about the french unfortunately.
